Board exams coaching

Let's find that extra 1-10 points that can make you PASS your Board exam

Don't let a few points stand between you and your license.

Do you want to pass your LCSW-C, LMSW, NP, RN, or LCPC Board exam—and don't want 5 points, 3 points, or even 1 point standing between you and a PASS?

Then let's look beyond how much you know—and examine how you think when the Board puts several good-looking answers in front of you.

I use an innovative AI-assisted intelligence and bias-detection approach to uncover the hidden patterns, reasoning traps, and blind spots that can quietly cost candidates valuable points.

I do the complex analysis; not you!

What you get is much simpler: a clearer picture of how the Board thinks, where your own reasoning may differ, and what you can do about it before it costs you points.

The goal is to sharpen the reasoning that can turn more of what you already know into correct answers—and ultimately, into a PASS.

Are you highly motivated?

Then, come with me as I use advanced statistical and computational models behind the scenes to help you PASS. Yes, some of the science is complex.

But that's my part—not yours.

Think of it like a car: the engineer handles the complex mathematics, electronics, and mechanics.

You just need to learn how to drive it—and get where you're going.

I don't replace what you're already doing. I add an analytical layer that can help you see what traditional studying may not reveal.

Because this requires intensive, focused attention to each candidate's reasoning and performance, I can work with only about 12 highly motivated candidates per month, predominantly online, with in-person sessions when needed.

Most licensing candidates I work with are carefully selected. They are highly motivated and are already doing many things right. Some have repeatedly fallen just short before I come in. One recent person had failed the LCSW-C exam three times, before coming to me. And, then she passed.

In these exams, getting 1–10 more correct answers can change everything. Actually, all you need might be less than 5 more points most times!

Again, that's where I come in.

  • You have completed your education.

  • You have studied hard.

  • You may have used the best review courses, textbooks, question banks, apps, and practice examinations.

  • But, some still fall short—painfully by an average of 5 points! Result? They FAIL.

I don't try to replace any of what you have done. You know the material more than me; after all, I am not a clinician.

What I do is add another non-clinical layer—science and AI-assisted reasoning to identify and OVERCOME BIAS.

You'll think more like Board, and you'll give yourself a better shot at PASSING.

My coaching focuses on the reasoning behind the answers.

I use:

  • Detailed individualized evaluation

  • Performance analysis

  • Pattern recognition

  • Bias-aware reasoning

  • Targeted practice

Again, I use numerous computational and statistical analytical methods to identify where a candidate's thinking may be costing them points.

  • Why does the candidate repeatedly choose an attractive but incorrect answer?

  • What clues are being overlooked?

  • Is knowledge really the problem—or prioritization, interpretation, sequencing, overthinking, second-guessing, or a recurring reasoning bias?

Then we work on closing those gaps.

The objective is to help you THINK LIKE THE BOARD—to better recognize what the examination is testing, distinguish between several plausible answers, and make the best decision with the information presented.

Again, for someone who is repeatedly falling just short, another 1 point can change everything. In fact, had a client who scored just what she needed to pass. One more wrong answer would have meant failing the Board again.

My highest-priority candidates currently include those preparing for

  • ASWB Clinical (LCSW-C)

  • ASWB Master's (LMSW)

  • PMHNP

  • FNP

  • NCLEX-RN

  • NCE, and NCMHCE examinations.

This is highly individualized work—I work with you one-on-one.

No two candidates are ever the same in terms of the circumstances that shape their thinking.

No two candidates think, struggle, or test exactly alike. Finding what is costing each candidate points requires focused, personal attention—not generic coaching—not one-size-fits-all coaching.

For that reason, I am only able to accept about 12 highly motivated candidates each month.

The Analytical Foundation

Different problems, different fields—but the core approach remains the same.

My growing focus on healthcare coaching and BoardDONE does not replace my earlier work. It builds on it.

For years, my projects have explored how qualitative and quantitative data, mathematical and computer-assisted analysis, strategic foresight, intelligence methods, predictive modeling, and unconventional analytical approaches can reveal risks, opportunities, patterns, and emerging disruptions that conventional analysis may miss.

That work has included:

  • The Question of a Coup: Applying Calculus in Intelligence Calculations

  • National Socio-Digital Early Warning and Strategic Foresight Architecture

  • Understanding the Lockwood Analytical Method for Prediction (LAMP)

  • The Self-Disruption Project

  • Intelligence Training Manual: Self-Disruption as Analytic Tradecraft

  • Classified-Style Analytic Vignettes and Tradecraft Alignment

The applications may range from national security and organizational strategy to healthcare professionals and licensing examinations.

But the intellectual challenge is remarkably similar:

  • Separate signal from noise.

  • Question assumptions.

  • Identify patterns.

  • Expose blind spots.

  • Anticipate what comes next.

  • Make the better decision.

Today, I am increasingly applying that analytical foundation to something very personal and measurable: helping capable people turn years of education, preparation, and hard work into the professional success they have been working toward.
