I deliver an unusual path to healthcare coaching

My path here has not been conventional. It is not anything you find in any one product or service in the market.

It actually began with architecture.

I developed it!

While studying at McGill University in Montreal in the 1990s, my research into how people used outdoor spaces taught me an enduring lesson: a system can be beautifully designed on paper and still fail if we misunderstand the people who use it.

I became increasingly fascinated by the human side of systems.

In the 2000s, now in the United States, that interest expanded into information technology, information security, insider threats, psychology, and organizational behavior.

Later, during my graduate studies in Competitive Intelligence and Analytics at American Military University, I studied under Col. Jonathan S. Lockwood, PhD (U.S. Army, Ret.), creator of the Lockwood Analytical Method for Prediction (LAMP).

Under his supervision, many of my earlier interests in human behavior, security, organizations, and prediction were transformed into structured analytical methods grounded in intelligence tradecraft and real-world strategic decision-making.

Over time, I continued integrating those methods with statistics, probabilistic reasoning, behavioral science, organizational analysis, and artificial intelligence.

Today, I bring that multidisciplinary analytical perspective increasingly into healthcare—helping licensing candidates work toward passing their Boards and helping practicing professionals strengthen reasoning and decision-making.
